~January 10th, 2011 .. Domaine de la Lutte by Polish sound artist Maciej Miskiewicz, who records under the name of Stig Inge Oy, is now available on Etherkreet. Stig Inge Oy's album has a distinctive character owing to his use of 'prepared' vinyl records that are being played back on three turntables and are changed with a series of transformation processes. With this, Stig Inge Oy constructs a detailed narrative that weaves throughout the seven pieces on the album.

~August 4th, 2010 .. The album Glasgrazer by Bas van Huizen is now available. It is released as part of a two-album project that also included "Fiduciefret", his previous album on Etherkreet.

"Glasgrazer collects some of my more dissonant and heavy material.
It covers a wide range of textures and dynamics with most of the tracks displaying a strong kinetic aspect. It's a visceral piece of work with whirlwinds of feverish, unsettling moods juxtaposed to haunting eye of the storm moments."

~December 21st, 2009 .. The audiovisual project by Ezra Jacobs & Bas van Huizen, "Atonotoop", is completed and is now available on DVD-R. The audio-part of the piece, done by Ezra, was written specifically for a 192-speaker wavefield synthesis system

For this project, the piece for the wavefield synthesis speaker system was recorded with binaural techniques and together with futher 'ambisonics' processing this enabled Ezra to focus on several different aspects of sound spatiality. Bas then illustrated the textural and spatial characteristics of Ezra's piece with videol material, resulting in a 40-minute audiovisual work.
